My daughter got married in Delhi 12 years ago and now living in Ghaziabad. She is working in a company and having two kids 10 & 12 yrs. Her husband & inlaws torchering her for the last 5-6 years but she is tolerating till now keeping in mind her children. Can se file a DV case in Delhi & in whose custody the children will remain during the case.

Hi dear good afternoon. I seen your matter and you have to leave from here husband then court will decide after asking to children there custody. You can call me when you need help through telephonic please.
