I am a Hindu woman from delhi , married to Hindu from Mumbai. nFew days into my marriage I was subjected to physical verbal and sexual abuse. Finally after 3 months I was thrown out of my matrimonial house. nI resumed my job and filed PWDVA. Though I am working my income is not even 10% of my husbands. Court has passed interim relief of 1,50,000 per month. However my husband has not paid and has appealed. Execution order is passed to attach movable property of my husband but no result yet.

hello client as a matter of facts which you have mentioned above is very much attension is required for actions . in your mattwr what ever is been given to you by the court that you get for sure as well as tye interest on tht amount will alao he alloted to you. in your mattwe your husband can also go to jail as well as a mattwe of offencea whuch he have done with you . it is required to take proper steps through court so tht he can steps in any way tht is the legal way .

Since the attachment order has been passed by the court then it's the duty of the court to fetch out money from him after selling off his movable properties. If he fails to provide you with the interim money then he has to go to the jail. You should also include him in other legal proceedings. For more legal assistance I just a call away.
