Domestic Violence- Father abusing Mother, son living in abroad

I live in abroad, my father became drunkard and hitting my mother often. Usually my mother keeps within her but she is unable to handle it now. At the same time she is not ready to file a compliant against my father. Is there any way that I can file complaint against my father? Please advise

We can file a Domestic Violence Client. The husband cannot abuse his spouse and causing cruelty is a punishable offence. The Husband shall be held liable. DVC complaint needs to be filed to redress this issue.
