Respondent has to approach the same court or a appellate court for setting aside the exparte order to seek recall , modifications . Unless such a challenge is allowed the domestic violence order is enforceable and binding

Hello, If an ex parte order has been passed against you in a Domestic Violence case, it’s important to understand that execution proceedings are not the stage to argue on the merits of the original case. Execution is only for enforcing what has already been ordered by the court. However, you do have legal remedies. You can either: 1. File an appeal against the ex parte order under the Domestic Violence Act; or 2. Move an application before the same court to set aside the ex parte order, by showing valid reasons for your absence. Once the ex parte order is set aside or stayed, the execution proceedings can be effectively contested or halted. We can discuss your case in detail, assess the facts, and take the most appropriate legal course to protect your interests. I can assist you with the entire process. whether it’s filing an appeal, opposing execution, or getting the order set aside. Feel free to reach out. Let’s work together to resolve this effectively.

If you have filed DV case then you can win in execution. If you are husband then file appeal against exparte order & get set aside. For this you have to file appeal . If you are wife then get execution executed.
