My husband took my baby n went off o his native It's been one month till now no update my baby is one Yr old I want my baby back
Dear Madam,
Upto the age of five years normally mother will be in full custody of the child reserving only visitation rights in favour of father. You may even lodge complaint of kidnapping of your child by your husband since he seems to have no Court order to take child from your custody to his native place. You may also file Permanent Child Custody case and seek immediate return of the child.
