Domestic violence dowery matrimonial issue

I filed fake DV case , 498 , 353 & almost 3 different fir against husband without Advocate, Now my husband & his parents relative in jail. So what possible case husband can file now to put me in jail? I want to take precautions against it & my husband advocate also planning this type only now

Well, your Husband via his Advocate can file a case of Perjury against you under Sec 193 of the IPC, i.e, of telling lies before the Court on an Affidavit. Moreover, your Husband via his Advocate can file a case of lodging Fake FIRs's against him which can put you behind bars.

Hello, File a fake cases in the court are the serious offence this act is non bailable offence all the mentioned cases are related to the physical violence against the women They can file case of section 211 of Indian penal code, false charge of offence made with intend to injure
