Domestic Violence case issue notice- suspecting lawyer

I have filed DV against husband and his family for emotional,mental and physical abuse. He left home vacating with his luggage and asked me to take all my luggage. In DV my lawyer deliberately avoided mentioning this move of my husband saying we will use it in the evidence. First notice was issued no update on acknowledgement recieved, another is issued now. I'm suspecting my lawyer is deliberately misleading me with incomplete information even after paying 50000.how should I proceed?

change your advocate firstly, second take your dv case seriously and proceed it towards the evidence and thirdly file a 498 A case against your husband and all his relatives as well which will be a strong criminal case against him then you don't go for a divorce notice directly apply for contested divorce on grounds of mental and physical cruelty .

Dear Madam, You have two options you may change your Advocate and appoint new advocate who is ready to support you. Secondly, you may conduct your case as party-in-person and get to know about the procedure online. In family cases first preference will be given to parties to represent their respective cases in person.
