Domestic Violence Case After Contested Divorce

Wife filed domestic violence and crpc 125 both at a time.. Meanwhile husband filed for divorce and family court as granted divorce.... And 125 case is also closed...and wife has not entitled any money from husband...... Because she is highly educated and earning more than husband...Now how to carry domestic violence case.... And dv case stage is in cross examination of respondent... Can wife claim any amount through dv case even after divorce? and even after not getting anything in family court..?.

The finding given by the Court which passed Divorce case holds good and wife is not entitled for any maintenance. More so, 125 proceedings closed as such she is not entitled for any maintenance. However, you should not neglect DV case because the Court has powers to grant some amount towards compensation to the wife.
