Domestic Violence by Husband While living alone

I got married one year ago.My husband's job is transferrable. Since last six months my husband does domestic violence with me.I am fade up of him.Even if I file a case against him,I have no proof to support my statememt as I live alone with my husband in a rented house.How I can file a case against my husband as I have no evidence ?
You can file case against him, the picture of your wounds and screenshot of the conversation on ph if any ca be given in support of your case. However for the correct guidance we need to discuss your case one on one.

if you are facing cruelty by your husband then you can file a case against him and his family also
