As per your query, you should have firstly made a complaint against your Husband and in-laws for domestic violence against you and also as you said your husband as sent you a legal notice to you and for the same you had replied and he is saying he has not got the same, the solution is once again you have send the same notice through registered post and get the acknowledge so that he cannot lie next time. for more call on my number.

First of all you need to decide what you wanted to go for ? Thereafter we can decide our line of action in that sense , you can file dv criminal complaint against your husband but question is why you kept silent for 7 months for further advice details are required ty

Hi! What you want to do? Do you want divorce or want to work out your marriage.

However, you can either file restitution of conjugal rights if you want the marriage to work out or you can file 125 of Cr. P.c. For maintenance and even you can file case under Domestic Voilence Act.

It's up to you. Please decide whether you want to live with your husband or not.

And to prove that you have replied his legal notice show him the acknowledgement postal receipt .

Mam,
What you should do depends on whether you are also agreeable to the Divorce if yes then a Mutual Consent Divorce Petition can be filed next year. If you are not agreeable to the divorce then you will have to contest his divorce petition when he files in Court. You can contact me for further clarification.
