Domestic Violence and Maintenance Case

Dear Sir,nI am from Delhi, my wife is living with me in same house and my parents are also living with me. She filed a false of domestic violence against me and my parents. I doing all her expenses like food, clothing, medical etc but she still filed maintenance against me and court fixed an interim amount of 3,000 per month. Now my parents want to sell this house and she somehow came to know about this and she filed an application in court that this house should not be sold.

You must prepare a strong reply to the petition under the domestic violence act and in that reply only you should explain that all the expenses are being taken care of by you only. And as far as the property is concerned if it belongs solely to your parents then they can always sell them. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

If court has fixed interim that means u have already hired sb advocate in this regard ! Therefore you must follow the guidance of your advocate else hire new if you are not satisfied! If property is under your patents name then they can sell the property !
