Domestic violence and husband not paying rent and took loan in my name

Hi All, i got married on 2021 august my husband said he will takecare on rent and my needs but after marriage he is not paying my maintenace or rent he commited to from 1.5yr . im earning but im having my marriage loan he is aware of it... in month of january he took a consumer loan and not paying it as i had filed and FIR before to pressure me he is done this... i denied to give my details for loan he fought and he purchased... now he say he cabt pay i need to beg him every month... i have no other income my father taking care of my food and needs as he is 72 working for me.... before marriage hr said all lies and now his parents yave made him to sit there for months without paying me to teach me lesson ti make financially in debt and struggle... my jewels are pledged in his name as i didnt have eligibility as i had loan alreadyand now he is now ready to cme and sign so that i can unpledge in his name and transfer to my dad name. Im scared he might unpledge rgose jewels saying its him
