Domestic violence and divorce issue

I got a job in 85. From the beginning a married officer followed me and told people that one of my relative has married a girl fromnupper caste and he is taking revenge on me by having an affair with me so that he can exploit me or my family. And told peoplenthat i should not be told about this so that he can trap me. But he could not trap me and left the job. After 10 years, some officersntrapped me on this issue. Due to which i lost my job in 2000. And my family members are torturing me for 22 years. My husbandnis now having an affair with someone and now wants to divorce me. I don't know what to do .My husband doesn't allow me tonearn and wherever i go, i get stalk from many people. Now i am 59 years old.

Hello mam, if someone is stalking you, go and file a complaint against them..having an affair is not a crime anymore but a ground for divorce...so if u want divorce it can be ground..do u want to stay with your husband???

hello mam you can file petition in High Court criminal miscellaneous petition 482 for your protection and you can go to the heabious Corpus petition and you can call to the police station and further query please contact me immediately I will suggest you

Dear client, You can file a Divorce Petition in family court on the ground of cruelty, at the same time a maintenance application can also be file a long with the divorce petition. it can also be filed separately
