My father has cheated my mother and left us for other women, does not support us with the finances and does mental torture and physical violence with my mother
Well, if your Father has been committing Physical Violence with your Mother, then, you can file a case of Domestic Violence against him. Your Mother can also divorce your Father if she has become fed up of your Father. Until she takes that decision, you or your Mother can apply to seek Maintenance under Sec125 of the new Criminal Law
