Domestic violence abuse case filed by wife

Good morning mam, I have seen your YouTube videos regarding legal advices and it will seems very usefull for me. Mam, I need one legal advice from you. On July 21, my wife aborts my children without my permission and my parents permission when she is in her house(maiyka) and says that she has an problem and then he aborts. On that time period, I am also not in city, I am out of station, which I have an proof of railway ticket also. And when I came and try to investigate this then I know that the baby is alright and my wife is of 3 months pregnant. I have all the documents of its to prove that my child is alright and this is an abortion without informing me and my parents. I have gone to that hospital also where my wife treatment is going on but my wife gone to some other hospital with her mother and do this disgusting thing. And afterwards mam, on September 4,2021, me and my wife has some kind of misunderstanding and my wife said me abuse things , and ran away from my home and call his

Hi,it is advisable to file a criminal complaint against your wife and in-laws for the abortion as it is illegal …Also you can file for divorce on the same grounds ..You can contact me for further legal assistance..Thank you

Hello you can file a complaint to police for breach of trust with you against your wife and her mother for aborting the child without your consent and also file complaint for abusing with you. you can also file complaint that she has run away from home if you are not aware where she is so that police can trace her.

As per the recent Supreme Court ruling in 2017 woman has the right to decide about the abortion and that consent of the husband is not required as per the Act, but that termination of pregnancy must be legal as per the Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act, 1971.
Further, as your wife has left the matrimonial home you can try to sort this issue amicably and if that doesn’t work Divorce petition can be filed in the Family Court.
