Doesn’t want divorce but wife wants

As per Hindu law does concealment of education facts before marriage by male/female is ground of divorce? Can court pass decree of divorce on the basis of this? If so what act can apply on the basis of this?

Concealment of fact before marriage falls under the category of fraud and it would lead to annulment of marriage under section 12 of Hindu Marriage Act. Your wife can take this ground for declaring the marriage void. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Hiding any facts comes under cheating and is metal cruelty, besides that it depends on other facts n grounds under which petition will b filed …better do u proper home work with legal advice …b in touch

See there is no explicit reason that concealment of educational facts is a ground for divorce but yes marriage done under you know giving Giving false interpretations or Or fraud or concealment of important fact is definitely a ground for divorce what you can very well establish the same and defend the same depending on the facts of your cases
