after divorce does wife get any share on the ancestral property of the husband?
Pahle ye law tha ki divorce ke baad wife sirf husband ki property me se hi apna hissa legi.but ab law ye ho gaya hai ki yadi husband wife ko gujara bhatta dene me yadi samarth nahi hai to wife husband ke ancestral property ke through apna gujara bhatta le sakti hai.
