Does RCR stop divorce petetion on desrtion and cruelty

After 15 years of marriage,husband sent divorce notice to wife on desrtion and cruelty ground for 3years,as wife is in Government job in another city.Couple have no children.Husband intentionally ,on the words of in- laws blocked her number and stayed away to complete desertion time period of 2 years from 2021 to 2023,though wife wants to continue life with him.If wife files RcR what is the benefit? Will divorce will be granted to husband,if wife is unwilling.

no he will not get any divorce without your consent and you can claim RCR than its very benifit for you and based on this he wil not get divorce on the based of desrtion and cruelty and they only admitted that there is separation than how will come cruelty here so don't worry and any further information cal me

Dear Sir, In India getting divorce by the husband is very difficult. Better wife immediately file a Restitution of Conjugal rights case and block the husband from filing divorce case on created grounds. The wife will succeed.
