Do not wish to live with wife anymore how can i file for divorce

Sir i got married on last year May. I am from ambala and doing job in Ldh. My in laws belongs to Amb too. 10 days ago i became father of a baby girl. But now i dont want to live with my wife. Actully she and their parents and relatives filed a fake complaint against me and my family members two months ago. From that day they are continuous threatning to me. After that complaint even i stayed with my wife in Ldh. But her parents and she also couldnt live with me and went to her parents. She doing this from the first day of marriage. Now i am fed up from all these things and want to live without her. Pls suggest what can i do.

Dear sir, since now you are already residing separately, you simply can file petition in the family court here in Ludhiana to get divorce from your wife, mentioning the cruelty that you have faced since your marriage. The court may grant you divorce considering merits of your case and evidence given by you.

send her legal notice or file divorce case and mention all the facts of cruelty done by her or by her parents upon you and on your family, need not to worry file divorce case as soon as possible. you may file divorce without sending legal notice.
