Girl has a love affair caught with photos and videos in her mobile. Still continuing after marriage and She never accepted husband for sex even once. Do Keeping wife mobile with husband comes under theft. Can police file a case against husband for that mobile.

hi if any crime or any FIR is filed against you then you could file quash petition to quash the FIR as it is based on all false allegations and that it would not come under tne defination of theft and that you would be releved
