Do I need to shows income sources in crps 125

1) Is it ok to give a fake payslip with reduced income in the case 125 crpc? 2) Does maintenance depend on the total income of the husband or is it depend on how much money the wife needs to maintain a normal lifestyle? 3) If there is a very high-income source for the husband then does that husband need to pay that much extra money to the wife? 4) The wife is also capable of doing the job but she doesn't do it then does that help in reducing the maintenance amount?

A husband has to maintain his wife with the same standard of living he lives.( Extremely unfortunate law of the land.) If you can establish she is capable of maintaining herself independently, you may have relief. total Maintenance a husband pays his wife snd children shall not exceed 25% of his total salary or income

There is no child in this case ... and only had 1 year of marriage and she has stolen all jewelry that we brought at the time of marriage .. what can be done about that jewelry?

Any jewellery that is gifted to the bride at the time of her wedding is her property and is known as ‘Stridhan’. Only the woman has right to her stridhan.
