Do I need to reopen dismissed case or file fresh case for divorce

I have filed a divorce case in 2014 in hyderabad and my wife transferred this case to Nagpur her parents place, I could not attend to this case and it was dismissed in July, 2015. Now do I need to reopen this case or file a fresh case for divorce.

you can file new divorce case in Hyderabad. as the case was dismissed in 2015, it is not possible to reopen the case. you need to file new case in Hyderabad with all the documents again within the appropriate court jurisdiction
