Do I need to pay maintenance to my wife now

My wife filed sec9, I filed sec13 1 ia. Court counseling failed. I am not ready to continue with her. No kids. She was working women before separation(feb2022) earning upto lakh per month. I have private job. Now she is not working from last 2years. still she get maintenance if she ask court? Any specific time period if she was not working, will get maintainenace to her?

1. The court will order for the maintenance till the disposal of the case and even after the case till she gets remarried . 2. you have to bring it to the court notice only to extract money from you she is not working. 3. The court will also consider the income and expenses of both parties.
