hey....I need to get some more details. whether there is any divorce proceedings pending between you. you can ask for your belongings to be handed over to you in the divorce proceeding. consent terms will be accordingly drawn and you will be handed over your belongings.

Prior to settling of the matter you should have discussed the same issue with your husband and could have got the belongings. However if you have not applied for divorce you can claim that thing in your divorce petition. regards
