Divorse Case With 498A Annexure And Cruality

One of the reason of cruality which implies in 498A so filling diverse with Annexure of 498A as well as not showing interest to rejoin me despite messages and filling Case on me soon after I applied for Counselling is enough to file for a divorce .What are the chances of getting divorce
Divorce can be filed on the ground of cruelty which can be either mental cruelty or physical cruelty or can be both . Annexure of 498A case can be one of the ground for divorce. it's being presumed that you are the wife in a marriage since you mentioned that a 498a has been filed by you. if the cruelty in your marriage has been to an extent that the marriage has become irreconcilable then you may consider filing a petition for divorce.
