Divorece of my brother and sister in law and they both are mentally il

My brother got married 5 years ago...my brother is little mentally imbalanced during the time pf wedding we told that to hie in laws. They said about their girl that she is ok. But after wedding we got know that she is the patient of depression. Now she gives threats to my entire family and my brother wants divorce from her. How can we get the divorce ?

You can file a divorce petition under section. 13 B that is contested divorce on ground of fraud ,as they did not disclosed the fact of depression earlier before marriage .Also there is a ground of mental cruelty which can be taken as the girl is threatening time and again and is not living properly.
