Divorces from my wife, no children's and living seperately from 3 year

From 3 years onwards we are living seperately, so can i apply divorce to my wife. No children's I need to pay maintenance to my wife?

hi if you both are living separately for the past 3 years them you could file divorce on gro7nds of cruelty mentally and physically and that if she had filed any maintenance case then you could defend the case saying that she is not having any kids
