झारखंड हाई कोर्ट ने एक जिला से दूसरे जिला मै divorce कैसे ट्रांसफर कर दिया है लड़की के पक्ष मै !लेकिन क्या लड़की का जो खर्च हुआ है वो लड़का देगा

As per your query we would like to inform you that if direction has been given for litigation charge to the petitioner then you are bond to give the litigation charge but if it is not mentioned then no need to give litgation charge to the petitioner. feel free then call for more legal assistance .
