Divorced without any cost allowed

Sir... This is for one of my friendnn The Husband was only 19 years old during the time of marriage and wife was 28 years old. It was a forcible fradualant marriage. The divorce decree was granted by district court by exparte divorce and it was without any maintenance given to the wife as well as for child the verdict was passed 8 years back. Can the wife claim any support and maintenance for 12 years child, wife is in govt job now? Divorced husband is in private job .

Yes absolutely u can file a maintenance case against the husband for seeking maintenance for a 12 years old baby and need some maintenance for his/ her Education and all other of his/her expenses And the divorce allowed on some court which type of divorce u filled mutually or other types. A
