Divorce,child care, alimony issue

I need advice on a better way to divorce my husband on the ground of insult, indifference, emotional abuse and basic lack of care and responsibility. Im expecting no criminal sections on him but just divorce, whole gaurdianship of my only kid to me and maintenance of both of us along with school fees. I would like one time settlement as he is counts every penny in wedlock itself, so I won't expect him to sponcer after divorce easily.And also life insurance policies on me and him with my kid's name as nominee and health insurance for all of us.We are Hindu, I'm unemployed, lost career for my child sake and all my past colleagues are now taking a 40k take home at the moment. His income officially around 90k and side business provide variable amount on average 1lakh per month.

hi you could file divorce on the ground of mental cruelty and harassement and that your husband is not treating you well and you could apply for maintenance and also ask for child custody on and also for one time settlement
