Maine divorce file kar diya hai par mujhe Mera saman bhi chahiye h jo waha rakha hua hai jitne bhi jewellery rakhe hai sab chahiye hai to iske liye kaunsa case lagega aur kaunsa section best rahega jisse mera sara saman mil jaye

Aap apne stridhan aur saman ke liye alag se police complaint file kar sakte hai under section 406 IPC criminal breach of trust apne husband aur inlaws ke khilaf phir court me application file kare (criminal court) me under section 200CRPC , waha se apko order milega .Contact me for any help.
