Divorce with my wife who put a false case on me and my family

My wife and I were married in 2020, she stayed with me for 1 week then left to Mumbai then she came again and started acting weird. She cut herself and said I did it, she hit my mother, tortured my family we have proof for everything, then she placed a false case. My father is from military and he never asked for anything and now after 3 years she wants to settle our of court, however I am not wrong so do not want to settle. How to proceed? Need help as I am not wrong I do not want to compromise

hi if you dont want to compromise the matter then you could file quash petition against the FIR and that you were not connected to the allegations involved in the FIR and that you could file petition for restitution of conjugal rights
