Divorce While Pregnant

I am from Jorhat Assam. My name is Munmi Goswami. I am 33 yrs old. I had love marriage. My marriage had been two years completed. Now I m pregnant. But while I m pregnant my husband is not willing to take any responsibility. He doesnot give any financial support to me at this time. My father died thats why me and my husband live with my Mom. But my husband always wants to survive upon my mothers money. My father did job at Assam Agril University, Jorhat. My mom is a pensioner. Now I m going through mental and physical torture from my husband. As I m pregnant I m unable to give divorce. So now I want a solution from u what shall I do. Plz help me.
Go for judicial separation. Since your husband is not providing maintenance therefore you can file a case for maintenance. Please try to settle the matter as amicably as possible. If not then go for the above suggestions.
