Divorce under section 10(1) x filed by my wife

1. Can my wife claim maintenance &/or alimony..assuming her net pay is 40 K and my net pay is 55 K? 2. Our 7 year old daughter is studying in 2nd Std. How much child maintenance should I pay? 3. I am currently saving 5000 per month in my daughter's sugangya samirithi scheme 4. I have paid 8 Lakhs to my wife on her demand to stay with me along with kid in the same home. Can this be adjusted against the child maintenance amount awarded. 5. Can court order one-time settlement for my wife/daughter

only if your wife file a bitten at case then only the court will decide until and unless you are not in obligation to pay the maintenance amount only on the basis of the moral basis you can give the maintenance amount at whatever about you can give for your daughter but for the working women you cannot give the maintenance amount because he is earning capacity is more than to meet all the ordinary expensive
