DIvorce under mental cruelty and Alimony

My wife has filed divorce under mental cruelty. I was in foreign country & came to India and married her & lived for just 6 days after marriage. She has made false, fabricated & vague allegations on me & my family claiming hefty alimony and compensation only based on my foreign earnings. I never travelled back to foreign country & has been working in India. She doesn't have any evidence of her allegations and my earnings. She is highly qualified and earning.
Hello, it depends on whether you have received any summons from family court or not? The maintenance is her right she can claim and it is upto court whether to grant her or not despite a fact that she is highly qualified and earning, you can appoint advocate who can represent you in case
