Divorce sec 13 need suggestion. please help me.

I have filed for divorce in sec 13, the ground is adultery and cruelty.

What legal assistance you want. Do elaborate your question. If you have filed a divorce case then it will take time. It’s better to go for mutual divorce because it’s cost effective and will finish up within maximum six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

yes you can file for divorce in section 13 the ground of adultery and cruelty you have to prove that you are really suffering from cruelty. burden of proof is your side. this suggestion by advocate Amarjeet kumar
