Divorce related question for help

मेरा दोस्त का आपसी अंनबन हो गई जिससे उसकी पत्नी तलाक चाहती है लेकिन 1साल से कोर्ट में फाइल लगी को गया है अभी तक फैसला नही हुआ है और उसकी पत्नी ने बिना डिग्री के दुसरी शादी कर ली मेरा दोस्त कोर्ट में जाकर परेशान हो गया जबकि लडकी वाले पहुंचते नही उसका क्या समाधान होगा

सर यदि आपके दोस्त ने दूसरी शादी कर ली तो आप आपकी भी दोस्त की पत्नी के खिलाफ 494 95 का मुकदमा दर्ज कर सकते हैं और अधिक जानकारी के लिए आप मुझसे तुरंत संपर्क कीजिए आप माननीय न्यायालय में एप्लीकेशन लगाकर उस फाइल को तुरंत खत्म करवा सकते हैं

hello, agar apke friend ki wife ne without divorce kisi aur se shadi karli hai to, your friend can file a criminal case against his wife u/s 494 ipc...for further discussion do contact as soon as possible...
