Divorce related queries and how to prepare for contested digi

I have applied for divorce due to abusive behaviour of husband and in-laws. But husband is not agreeing for divorce and he's demanding money to sign papers. I don't want alimony or maintenance. What should i do in this situation ?

can you send your copy of that divorce petition that you have filed ? is it a mutual divorce petition that you are looking for? what is the ground that you have taken and what allegations you have made in it ? if I look at it once I will give you ideas .

you file a petition for divorce under the grounds of cruelty. also you can file a petition under domestic violence act against your husband and the in laws. if your husband is able bodied he is not entitled for any money.
