My wife is cheating on me, if I get a proof that she is cheating on me; will I have to pay alimony?

Dear queriest, yes you can prove then you can be safe from paying alimony to your wife, if she is at fault then with a court order, you can file a divorce too, for more information about the same kindly call me.

you can file an application for divorce in the court of your j jurisdiction . adultery is a ground for divorce in India but you will have to prove adultery in the court it is better that first enquire about the matter into detail. false allegation will ultimately fail your case. suspicion however strong cannot take place of proof . find a supporting evidence then you can file for divorce
