Divorce proceedings and cost in Chennai,

Hello, My wife has recently sent a divorce notice after being aboard for 8 months stating she wants a divorce on false charges. I have responded to the notice and accepted for mutual divorce, however I have no response from her yet. How do I proceed with the divorce file and how much will it cost to file for the divorce on the base of cruelty?

hi alocious here, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, once you have resolved for divorce you can either proceed with a mutual divorce or a contested divorce, once you contest on grounds of cruelty, it will be a contested divorce, thank you, you can contact me for further clarifications

advocate fees for divorce proceeding will differ from case to case according to the knowledge of that we get and seniority of that we get an experience of that wicket if you want to get low level AT we get that is no chance of proceeding the case in a good manner so better to have a good at we get with a good experience
