Divorce procedure in case father not letting it happen

I am a hindu girl. I am married at my age 15 due to my fathers force. I dont like that life. My father made me register my marriage at my 18th age. So my marriage is registered. My age is 25 now. I live separate in my mother's house for 5 years. Without my fathers permission they wont try to divorce me because their source of income is from my father. My father is not supporting me i want to live my life the way i want. I cannot adjust the life which my father did to me at 15 age. I am now mentally depressed. What to do in this situation i want divorce soon. Please help me god

No one can force you to do anything. If you don't want to live with your husband, you can simply apply for divorce and get on with your life. Only you should decide and take a bold step. Madam,

If you got separated from your husband, then you very well cause a legal notice through a Lawyer with the prayer " i need divorce", here court will not inquire your father or others. Your decision shall be final if you decided to proceed further legally.

As per the law you are the major and you have the right to decide to live with the person whom you want and you can file the divorce petition before the family court.If the court considers your plea as a genuine one the court will give you the divorce.

Only thing you can stay away from your husband and ask for maintenance. For that you need to move a Family Court in your area. If you don't have the means it is better for you to approach free legal aid centre to assist you.
