During the lifetime of your father, his grandson can not make any claim in his property provided it is his self acquired property. However if the property is ancestral in nature, right can be claimed by you as well as by your son. For any further clarification feel free to contact Thanks

Your divorce case would have nothing to do with your father’s or your property at all and so is your son. Property succession is according to the rules of succession or as per the WILL and not according to any matrimonial case. U need to hire expert advocate in this regard

Dear client Your spouse will have no right over your parents property however she can rightfully claim her right to shared household under the law. Feel free to get in touch to discuss further Regards
