08-Oct-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Dear Sir, I would like to know, if the family courts rejected the divorce petition once after submitting clear evidence and victim of my side. Kindly help me to know how should i go further on this case. I have taken the decision of divorce after considering so many incidence in my life and after 6years of life still my wife behavior towards me and my family continues. Every one in my family, neighbors, relatives and my friends knows about her character very well. Her parents also knows her character very well and they had admitted many times that her character is not normal even before marriage as well. They were ready to take her to a psychiatrist many times due to her behavior towards me. But still her parents does not want her to be separated from me. Among our relatives we did many conversations with her and her parents.Once she had a big flight with me and my family and went home. In this situation only I had submitted the petition in court. Kindly help me on this regards,
If the divorce petition is dismissed in the lower court you can approach the higher court. Here you can file the appeal against the decree in the lower court. If the genuine reason is there on your side you will get the justice...
AS the court has already given its decision, the only option is to approach the Higher Court depending upon the deficiencies, if any, in its appreciation of the evidence and findings. This is possible only if the judgment is perused.
