Divorce petition not received from court yet

Dear Advocate, My husband had filed for divorce and I received a letter from court to appear on said date. My advocate appeared and told me that mediation is on october. I havent received the petition yet or dont know what is grounds on which he filed divorce. Pls let me understand how to get a petition copy.

You should report it before the family court. the procedure of the court is to serve the petition copy with the notice, if you have not received you should say it before the court through your advocate. Also, you can collect a copy of the petition from the family court through copy application.
