Divorce papers received from husband living in USA married in india

I got married in 10/2/2016 as per hindu law in india. He went back to USA as he is a USA citizen.he put my file and my file i 130 approved in 15th September 2015. Then he text me that your file is cancelled.after that me n my parents tried a lot to cantact them they doesn't any reply. We tried to call his parents as well they doesn't give any reply.as his parents are in india.now all of sudden he called me on 18th September 2016 n was saying that i want live with you. I want to move ahead with you then he continued to calling me and i got divore papers and summons of findley court.ohio. by post ad. Which was filed on 2nd sepSeptember 2016.i asked him that u are talking nicley and positive with me and other side u are sending me a divorce papers n summons.he said i didnt my lawyer has sent and this was sent before we start talking again. Now what should i do for my legal rights. I have to give answer with in 28 days after to get this envelope to court of findley.

File case herein India against your Husband, if you want stay and spend matrimonial life with your husband you can file RCR for the same. Foreign Judgment is not conclusive it is obtained Ex-partee. Further detail consultancy can only be given after knowing entire facts of the case.

If u r married here than without u he cannot get divorce, so tell her do whatever he wants to do as per law whr marriage is done only thr only they can file a divorce case, I would say if possible try to go USA and te ur husband to keep ur file again. And if he is a citizen and if he shows marriage certificate u can directly go with him, easily ur file will be passed

Whatever your husband file in USA court is not binding you, as per Hindu marriage act if marriage solemnised in India then it has to be dissolved under same law.
Ohio court decree is not binding you,
You can file maintenance application against your husband if you want to ask.
