divorce paper got sign but not filled to court as date given by 14feb for that date i am unable to reach because i was out of station is another party file case for cheating
For what your matter is pending in court..... as your counsel is not appeared in court on behalf of you and stated in court that you are out of station could not appeared in court.How the other side filed cheating case

you were filling mutual divorce ? you can always take a next date for the same. if they have file the contested petition then you can reply to them and get settle the matter on same day itself and get rid out of it.
