Divorce on mutually concerned & want this as soon as possible

We got married on 27/11/2022n& She wants to be seperate, so we want mutually divorce, can you please help me to file for divorce in Varanasi kachhari family court?

जी बिल्कुल आप13b का मुकदमा दायर करना होगा जिसमे 6महीने का प्रोसेस होता है 2 डेट पर आना होगा बस फिर 6 महीने बाद आपको तलाक की डिक्री मिल जायेगा आप आप दोनों किसी से दोबारा शादी कर सकते है ज्यादा जानकारी के लिए आप मुझे काल कर सकते है

before the period of 1 year of marriage you can't file the divorce case in any court. according to section 13(B) of Hindu marriage act it's is necessary for mutual divorce the period of marriage not less then the one year. thanks

आप जहां के मूल निवासी है उस जिले की जिला न्यायालय या जहां विवाह हुआ उस जिले की जिला अदालत में आपसी सहमति के आधार पर तलाक के लिए केस फाइल कर सकते हैं। आपको आपसी सहमति से तलाक के लिए अनुभवी वकील की आवश्कता होगी जो केस को फाइल कर आपको तलाक दिलवा सके।
