Can wife file for divorce on ground of non payment of maintence to children.wife separated from husband on her own will.

Yes you can file divorce for non payable of maintainence to children as a husband is bound to maintain his wife and children .If he is showing negligence towards his responsibilities then he can be taken to court and maintainence can be seeked through court and still if he fails to make the payment warrant can be issued against him and his assets can be attached.
