My wife is now threatening to re-open cases, despite the fact that a case under Section 498A (where I was acquitted under Section 320(8) CrPC) and a case under Section 506 r/w 34 IPC were closed in Lok Adalat on [Date of Settlement] 8th march 2025. Given this history, what are my options for filing for divorce..My wife is demanding my self-acquired flat, to which she has made no financial contribution. She has also installed five CCTV cameras in our home against my initial objection, creating a hostile environment. Can she legally claim a right to my property?
