my daughter husband absconding due to loss in diamond business since last six months. is my daughter eligible to get divorce on basis of husband absconding & Death threat of her husband from creditors. Please advice best solution.
You can file complain and FIR before near police station under section 40 of the gujarat money lenders act 2011 imprisonment two years.
